Baby and Me Yoga

These classes are run in 4 week blocks taking you on a intimate journey to deeply connect with your baby, your body and also with a group of like minded mummies in a supporting and nurturing space. Everything you need for comfort and that extra cozy feeling is provided but you are also welcome to bring baby's favourite 'blanky' with you too.
Classes are for all levels with no previous yoga experience necessary and are offered from 6 weeks post-partum with vaginal births and 8-12 weeks post-partum with Caesarean section births.
